All products are food items. We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, ingredient lists, and imagery. Minor variations in colour or texture of natural grain products are normal and do not constitute a defect.

• All products are 100% natural — no chemicals, preservatives, or additives
• Shelf life and storage instructions are printed on each pack
• Product images are for illustration purposes — actual appearance may vary slightly

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan India. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@natoham.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
