The नतोऽहम् Blend
Seven grains.
One complete nutrition.
No single grain can deliver everything your body needs. Our ancestors knew this — so they blended. Each of these 7 grains was chosen for a specific nutritional purpose. Together, they form something none can achieve alone.

The Science Behind the Blend
Why 7 grains and not just one?
No single grain has all 9 essential amino acids. Combining Soya, Chana, and Wheat achieves a near-complete protein profile no single-grain flour can offer.
Millets like Jowar, Bajra, and Ragi have a significantly lower GI than wheat alone — preventing the sugar spikes that follow plain wheat roti.
Barley’s beta-glucan, Bajra’s magnesium, and Soya’s isoflavones work together to protect cardiovascular health from multiple angles simultaneously.
Ragi (30× more calcium than rice) + Bajra (magnesium for calcium absorption) creates a synergistic bone health effect neither grain achieves independently.
Diverse fibre types — Barley’s beta-glucan, Wheat bran, Chana’s resistant starch — feed different gut bacteria, creating true microbiome diversity.
Dry-roasting each grain individually unlocks phytochemicals, improves mineral bioavailability, and creates deeper flavour no raw-milled flour can match.

Why every grain is individually dry-roasted
Roasting is not just about flavour. Each grain has a different moisture content, fat profile, and phytochemical composition. By roasting each separately before blending and stone-grinding, we unlock bioavailable minerals, deactivate anti-nutrients, deepen flavour compounds, and naturally extend shelf life — all without a single chemical.
