Natoham
Natoham is not a brand created overnight.
It is a tradition that never stopped.
Nearly 100 years ago, in a small village named Sadwal, our grandparents established a flour-grinding setup that became an essential part of village life. These mills served Sadwal and many surrounding villages—grinding grains brought by hand, known by name, and treated with care. Food was personal, slow, and sacred.
That same setup still exists today.
Even now, Natoham continues to serve Sadwal and nearby villages in the very same traditional way—grinding daily-use grains for local families, just as it has for generations. The machines remain, the process remains, and the values remain unchanged. For our father, this work is not a business alone—it is a lifelong devotion and a responsibility inherited from his parents.
When Tradition Meets a New World
While village life changed slowly, the world outside changed rapidly.
Industrial food, packaged flour, and government supplies reduced dependence on local mills. What once sustained entire communities began to fade—not because it lost value, but because it lost visibility.
Natoham was born from the decision to not let this legacy fade.
From our roots in Sadwal, we are expanding into the modern world—beginning with Chandigarh.
Chandigarh: A Thoughtful Expansion
Our Chandigarh operations represent the modern expression of Natoham.
Here, we focus exclusively on millet flours—ancient grains that India has known for thousands of years and the world is rediscovering today. Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, and other traditional millets are carefully sourced from their native regions across India, where soil, climate, and generations of farming knowledge give them their true character.
Unlike industrial brands, we do not grind in advance.
Each order is ground fresh—only after it is placed.
This ensures:
- Superior nutrition
- Natural aroma and taste
- No unnecessary storage or aging
What reaches your kitchen is not factory food—it is living food.
Slow Grinding. Honest Food.
At Natoham, speed is not efficiency—it is loss.
Our grinding philosophy respects:
- Low heat
- Slow rotation
- Minimal processing
This is how grains were meant to be transformed. This is how nourishment is preserved.
What Natoham Stands For
The name Natoham, derived from Sanskrit, reflects purity, balance, and harmony with nature.
Our purpose is clear:
- To preserve a working rural legacy, not a forgotten one
- To bring ancient millets to modern urban homes without compromising their essence
- To offer food that is transparent, traceable, and intentional
True luxury today is not excess—it is authenticity.
One Legacy. Two Worlds.
- In Sadwal, Natoham continues exactly as it always has—serving villages, sustaining trust, honoring tradition.
- In Chandigarh, Natoham introduces the same integrity through thoughtfully crafted millet flours for a discerning, health-conscious community.
Different places.
Different needs.
Same soul.
When you choose Natoham, you are not just choosing millet flour.
You are choosing a story that began in stone mills, survived a century, and now finds its place in the modern world—without losing its roots.
